We ship all of our orders from our warehouse located in Miami, Florida, United States of America.

We proudly ship all national and international orders with UPS  which ensures: fast, trustworthy and secure shipping.

Shipping Rates:

All shipping rates for USA orders and International orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination by UPS.

Free Shipping Code:

Orders placed using the code "SHIP" to unlock free shipping will be promptly shipped via UPS Ground.


If your order happens to be delayed, there reasons may be but are not limited to: the item is out of stock, the item is defective and we are replacing it, shipping complications with the carrier, or weather circumstances. We will contact you if any of these reasons happen to be the case with your order, if there is another shipping issue with your order, please contact us now at support@twylacouture.com we wholeheartedly value you as a customer and we will respond promptly and assist you to proactively resolve the issue.

If your order fails to arrive 30 days after the order was made, a refund can be requested. However, if you would still like your order, we will give you a $50 in-store credit gift card as a token of grattitude for your patience.

International: (Outside of USA)

Fulfillment of international orders is the same as national orders, however, what may change is the speed since there are more agencies duties involved with the shipping of the package.

International orders will be shipped with UPS.

International CUSTOMS DUTIES:

Custom duties will be billed to customer via email as soon as we are contacted by the customs of the country, or to be paid when item is delivered.
